£107,000 and Counting from the Evergreen Income System

Before we begin, some figures to put things in perspective:

    • £25K investment led to £103K and counting in financial results

    • Three sources of income compounding over time:

      1. Become an AI Trainer (£995) = £75,430 so far

      2. Become an AI Trainer Bootcamp (£72) = £17,064 so far

      3. Ultimate Chat GPT for Small Business = £15,010 so far

Building on AI For Non-Techies' Successes...

If you've read part one already, you'll know that our first BIG success was our Become an AI Trainer sequence.

Our first sequence run generated £36,625 in revenue, representing a 21.3% conversion rate. We immediately set to work on improving our results.

Looking at the data, we could see that the majority of conversions came from subscribers who had attended a 3-day Bootcamp (past and present).

NOTE: AI For Non-Techies sells a suite of services online. Because of their other priorities and promotions at the time, these Bootcamps received very little promotion overall. They tended to fill spots via sporadic social media mentions from Heather.

It was clear that if they could muster more attendees for Bootcamp, they would create more opportunities to convert people into BAIT.

So, we created a Bootcamp feeder funnel:

    • A sequence of emails selling bootcamp spots.

    • A parallel sequence for buyers encouraging live attendance.

    • A timed post-bootcamp offer with two variations: a 48-hour sequence OR a payday sale (for maximum flexibility).

After 51% of Bootcamp registrants attended live across the three-day experience, our first Bootcamp run generated:

    • £7,776 in Bootcamp ticket sales, and

    • £38,805 in BAIT upsells (conversion rate held firm at 21.3%).

UPDATE: After publishing this blog, our next Bootcamp funnel run generated:

    • £12,600 in Bootcamp ticket sales, and

    • £31,840 in BAIT upsells.

Taking our total revenue generated so far to: £147,400!

AIFNT's Evergreen Income System: List Segmentation & Organisation

Successes like these are built on strong foundations.

Right at the start of the project, our Systems Expert got to work cleaning and consolidating multiple lists into one place, fixing key deliverability issues, and ensuring successful inbox placement.

NOTE: Our audit revealed that while AIFNT had 8,000 subscribers on their email list, people joined the list with little to no information gathering.

Their segmentation needed considerable work to understand subscriber interests and preferences and to work out our strategy.

To solve the lack-of-information problem, we engineered an always-on sequence that helps us target prospective customers accordingly:

    • Encourages people to share whether they are an employee, business owner, agency owner, or other.

    • Highlights their specific interests.

    • Encourages them to share their skill/ fear level.

    • Tells us what they’re looking for from training and their available budget.

This tagging exercise (which runs at set milestones/ in response to handraisers) drops subscribers into relevant holding areas.

When the time is right, they enter relevant sales sequences, selling their:

    1.  Free/ low-cost memberships.
    2.  Standalone courses.
    3.  Higher-ticket programmes (like BAIT), and
    4.  Training/ keynotes (to their closing team’s inbox for personal outreach).

Today, they have a suite of sequences working for them, giving them the infrastructure they were missing.

The best news of all is that their ROI totals will continue to compound over time!
